Expanded access to Vacation Isle

Post by Carpkiller »

Paradise Point resort on Mission Bay has violated the state Coastal Act for years. That’s about to change

That's the title of the U-T story...you can google it for details.

THE GIST:
There's gonna be more unimpeded shore access all the way around Vacation Isle. And maybe more paths through the resort area itself to access the shoreline. And eventually there will be public restrooms. And the Paradise point's being redone as a "Margaritaville Resort."

Here's the Coastal Commission staff report if you're into that kinda thing.

I wonder if Jimmy passing away will effect that becoming a Margaritaville resort. I'm not sure how far along in the process they are?
