Would you guys post a picture of bass especially good 7-10lb bass if caught with live bait worst yet cut bait??? Last night a big 7-8lb bass hit my catfish rod with fresh cut bait while hunting for crappies. Unfortunately the bass swallowed the hook but luckily I used 4/0 hook and mouth is big enough for my whole hand to get in and maneuvering around to get the hook out from gill side. I was thinking about a snapshot since I haven’t caught bass that size for awhile but decided against it since I don’t dare enough to tell ppl to look at my 7-8 bass caught with cut bait lol. Would you do the same?

Post it! Some of the biggest bass in the 60s-80s were caught with live or cut bait. Some were caught with trout power bait!

I personally have zero issues bait fishing. If you you wanna have a great day with a lot heavy fish. Stitch Dads.part of the fun is making the bait. There’s just as much technique involved as stitching a worm.

Heck, post it. A pic of a nice bass is fun to look at. When you said "last night" I was wondering what lake is open at night...ha ha
Guessing bigger bass bite better at night?

I was fishing Elsinore a month ago a kid next to me had power bait, I told him it was better to use worms since there is no trout in the lake.
As soon as his power bait hit the water he caught a 2lb bass. I overheard his mom saying I was an idiot and didn't know anything about fishing.

Ninja fishing, maybe🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Just a sample of night bass but not this one because I was busy getting the hook out and let the fish go as fast as I can.
For another question of bigger bass bite better, not really but any size bass at night would feel bigger, fight better and you have more thrill.

You’re suppose to post it and say you caught it on a glide bait.

Post them all! Big ones, small ones, bait, jig, crankbait, jerkbait, exotic plastics, even wacky senko fish! I like to see them all.

Here's a 12 incher I got from Hodges this time of year several years ago. I caught it on a "glide" cough cough hahaha It was never weighed or measured, just a pic and released. The hatch lid is 18" so you can assume the length.

Night Bass, this one from Lake Martinez. All the Colorado River Lakes are fishable all night.
