SDPD has DOTS. Designated Online Transaction Spaces at some stations. Example: Eastern Division station on Aero Drive. Not sure if other agencies have something similar....

I try to meet people at Lake Murray and have never had any problems. Of course it depends where the buyer lives as sometimes I try to meet them halfway if it is feasible and in an open public spot. But I mostly sell rod, reels etc and not jewelry, computers, cell phones etc., as that is when you are most likely to get jacked especially at night!
