I guess we will all show up on opening day

What a F*n mess....way to go TM

I clicked through the "random" date but used the calendar option. it still didn't list the date, but when I got through and paid, it said "do you want to insure your May 11 event" - which was the date I clicked on. But now in my receipt and confirmation no mention of the date anywhere. This is gonna be a giant mess!

I punched in 5/8 (Wed) for tube/shore tix. Got the tix but the receipt is showing "multiple dates" as mentioned above. Hopefully, they update to the correct date. Only worked on my phone, desktop just kept buffering.

Same for me, I navigated from the calendar view to the 8th and am 99% sure thats the day I got but would feel much better if thats what my ticket said.

got 2 tix, have no idea what day to show up lol. asked support , but won't find out till tomorrow ...

Supe Weird! It just said multi-date and could not choose a date. I got a tube ticket purchased but it wasn't until after the purchase that it told me my date. Wed. May 29! That's not even an option for me. On hold with TM now trying to figure this out. Ahhhhhh! So frustrated! Will update if I find out anything.

Total mess this year. If the listings were in chronological order I might have gotten the date I wanted.

Well, I have a ticket. I have no idea what date it’s for but at least I’m in.

Contact Ticketmaster support via the chat and they can tell you the date you got.

if anyone ended up with boat tickets for May 1st, 15th or 22nd they dont want, Im looking!

now my app shows the date

well this was a new type of mess... got what I wanted.. the insurance box listed the date.. what a joke.. now the app shows date but browser does not.. its always an adventure with barrett.. in many ways..

after buying a ticket, in my upcoming events it shows the date.

call the 1800 number and give them your Order#'s and they will tell you what dates you got

I was on right at 7 and saw the boat spots. Was able to snag a float tube spot for yakkin. Crazy there was no dates. I just counted down lines and hoped I picked the right days

Yeah, the site was messed up again. Luckily got a
boat on the 4th fishing day they're open.

Ticketmaster Customer Service said that it is not their problem and that we need to contact the venue phone 619-668-2050
