Awesome day at the Murr!

Post by Dannicus »

Had an awesome day at Murray today.  I got 5 and my best mate Randy got 2 (his first fish from a float tube) All of them were quality bass!  We had a great day.

Nice job out there Dannicus!
It was fun talking to you this morning and glad you and your buddy Randy got some quality fish.
I am going to ditch my boat and try to secretly follow you around the lake in my kayak...ha ha
Anyway, I wasted too much time trying to find bass in really deep water among the shad
which usually works out well this time of year over the years...not today! I landed
5 very small bass with plastics and one...my biggest, which was not even big
but a little chunky, I caught on a jig.

Thanks for sharing and hope to see you out there early next week or so.

I have been BFS fishing. I've been catching most of them on a tiny 1/16 oz Keitech Mono Spin jig paired with a Z-Man TRD Crawz trailer. Green Pumpkin and Orange have both been producing.
