Nice Corvina there! Too bad they could not get it recorded. Well, I'm at fault for not getting the fish officially weighed. But made really good ceviche ;) . There are lots of big ones around right now - note that article was regarding July 4th, 2022 . Snorkeling the other day I saw a giant corbina...

I went out at low tide in the evening and caught three corvinas and one ray all on gulp bloodworms.

Good size YFC. Way to go. How were the conditions, i.e., kelp & grass in the water? PB & south has been a mess past 3 days, unfishable It was actually not bad at all, fairly clean with some grass here and there. I started out casting from the shore to about 60-70 feet out with zero success....
