I just turned 82 and lucky for me I can still float tube once or twice a week. Exercise exercise exercise..Keep pushing yourself. I hope you get many trips in this year and next.

Do you think the ramp is still usable with a float tube? Would like to fish there tomorrow. Thursday

Water level is still low and made launching a little tough. Fishing was tougher. Fished a lot of different depths and flies to catch 2 blue gill. Probable 2 weeks away from being able to use launch ramp.

My favorite Lake is getting over the water fluctuating blues. Had a good day.

My favorite lake population of hybrids were on the chew. Only caught 2 coppernose but hybrids made up for it. Bite was over when the sun hit the water.

Definitely not a redear. Rockbass maybe? What lake did you catch it at?

Started the day in cold and windy conditions. The water level is way down. One of the tree lines I like to fish is up on the beach. Moved to a different area and found a few willing to eat. Ended up with 6 Coppernose and 1 Hybrid.

Pan fishing is my favorite. Havasu is the home of big Redear but our SD lakes have some brutes also. I have caught a few over 2lbs and 2 over 3lbs. For bluegill anything over 11" is a great fish. My personal feeling is a 12" fish is a trophy. My personal best is a touch over 13". That...
