Rented a skiff to bond with my son. Didn’t have hi expectations especially since we are beginners. Was about to call it a day and he snagged a legal halibut on live sardine. He was so pumped and now is addicted.

Did some BFS fishing at Otay this morning.  Caught 3 bass on a Mini Brushhog, and 3 large bluegill on a 2" jerkbait.  Fun mornin!

So it snowed a lot around Christmas and new years. I caught my first fishies of the year on the 5th, in a quick session at Antelope Draw in Utah. I've been absolutely killing it at Murray.  Fishing my BFS setup with a 1/16 oz Keitech Mono Spin jig paired with a Z-Man 2.5 inch TRD Crawz.  Both in green pumpkin. Fished with Gotfish in the South Bay. I got 17 spotties and one corvina.
